Businessworldlist allows you to Post your ad for free + free affiliate plan, and low cost pro and proPlus options with many added benefits. This program is owned by Multiple Stream Media in New York, and is just one of many resources they have. I have used MSM
resources for three years, and they have excellent customer support, and can be reached by email, live chat, or telephone. This is one Safelist which is good to use, and has helped me gain active members.
Currently they have a membership list of over 63,000. Free members may email their ad to a portion of this list every other day, and Pro or ProPlus members may send to the entire list. It is best to have a separate email address for this such as a free Yahoo or Hotmail account, as you will get offers back from other members, and it does need to be a legitimate address. Free members will need to log in and verify their email account is active to use Businessworldlist services, while Pro and ProPlus members have the choice of turning off emails from other members.
The internal Ad Announce system is a good way to post your ad 
without having to worry whether it actually makes it through Spam filters into someone's inbox. Depending on your member level of Free, Pro, or ProPlus, you will have to view a certain number of other ads to get credits to post your own. This takes some diligence, and works best if you can post your ad several times in a row. But, if you are on a tight budget it is one way to advertise for free that will work if you are persistent. Free members can earn commissions if they refer people who upgrade to Pro or ProPlus; upgraded members will receive higher earnings.
